We understand the need to keep your Electrical Estimating costs to a minimum. That is what we are all about. To that end- we structure our fees to each specific project for maximum value to you. Estimated fees can be provided upon receipt of project parameters. We always include Alternates, Breakouts, and Scope of Work.

Unit Pricing is not included.
Each project is tracked for billing in 2 (two) ways:

1. Hourly (total electrical estimating hours incurred)
2. Percentage of project total estimate cost (based on a sliding scale of size of project vs % rate)

Usually- the hourly rate prevails- and is invoiced accordingly, assuring you of maximum value.
Our Hourly rate generally is below the prevailing IBEW Journeyman COST which you would charge your customers-
and we do not charge overtime for weekend work when needed.

Our terms of payment are: a small start-up fee upon receipt of drawings- 50% at estimate delivery-remaining net 30 days
